With over a decade of leadership experience in human resources, workforce development, and organizational strategy, Tyeshia has built her career around helping individuals strengthen both their professional and financial foundations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA in Leadership and Human Resources, and she has led large-scale training and development initiatives impacting thousands across diverse communities.

A core pillar of Tyeshia’s work is financial literacy. She is deeply passionate about equipping individuals with practical knowledge in budgeting, credit building, debt management, and long-term financial planning. She believes financial education is not just about money — it is about freedom, confidence, and generational impact. Through Connecting Bridges, she works to ensure individuals have access to the tools and resources necessary to make informed financial decisions and build sustainable wealth.

Tyeshia’s commitment to this work is also personal.
